Biggest plus is how quickly water boils on this cooktop (we upgraded from a standard coil electric cooktop), but we have been extremely impressed with the range of cooking temperatures, efficiency of the bridging element for larger cookware, and the ease of cleaning the surface. It pairs beautifully with a telescopic downdraft exhaust fan system.

The induction cooktop works as expected. Precise temperature control. Of course, there is a learning curve but once you get it, the reproducibility is awesome. Like the knobs instead of a touch screen.

This unit replaces a Bosch induction cooktop that went haywire. After installation it worked for a while then started beeping and displaying error code 020 that wasnât in the manual. Called an electrician to review the wiring and power - everything is as it should be. Still wrestling with the problem.
