Two weeks ago my new KitchenAid stovetop was installed. I was immediately surprised at how quickly and evenly my stovetop meals cooked. I love the new downdraft feature. The stovetop I replaced was 29 years old. I replaced it because I could no longer get parts for the electronic ignition. We had a separate downdraft that was clunky and I couldn't clean it. This stovetop is very easy to clean. Just open the grate and clean. Very easy. I am very pleased with my purchase.
