I bought the hood less than a year ago, and found that it doesn't remove any smells, grease, and hardly pulls any air at all. It looks great, but its loud and just doesn't do the job. Ultimately, a vent that doesn't vent it not worth the money, even if its pretty.

Bought in August 2018. Contractor installed a month later. Problem with task light not coming on. Called Customer Service. Very responsive. Technician came out a week later and fixed. Just a loose connection. Hood runs like a champ Very pleased.
