It was a good microwave until it suddenly died after three and a half years and we were unable to find help getting it fixed.

The microwave is beautiful. Plugged it in and it rotates love the touch screen it even plays a tune when it done but my food wasnt heating up. Contacted customer service had they still havent got back to me.

Nice Microwave like door and visibility into microwave oven while cooking the light inside while cooking is a plus chime is pleasant at end of cooking. Food cooks nicely as long as one calculates the power to use as this is an overpowered unit. Home Depot showed this was an 1100 watt unit but its 1250 so cooking w/ it is going to be a challenge. Im working it out tho and so far the different foods are coming out nicely. Big Con: Most frozen precooked foods today have directions and times for cooking using an 1100 watt unit so 1250 is too high.

Ive had this microwave for about 3 weeks. I like that the door isnt push button to open. The interior is very roomy and easy to clean. Ill admit that the controls take a little getting used to as they are totally different from any that Ive had in the past. They take a very light touch to activate. I do have to be careful that I dont restart it when Ive taken the food out and am closing the door. Overall I like it.

I bought the. Microwave several months ago and the revolving glass plate has chipped twice. As of this time it has been replaced to my satisfaction. Aside from that I like it very much
