The oven cam without a plug wired to it. I had to install a plug to plug it into the already existing socket. I just bought the parts from a hardware store. The oven was easy to plug in and install, just be sure to follow the few directions. The oven works very well. Our previous oven was old and didn't cook food evenly. This oven cooks food very evenly without a need for rotating the food. The console works well, the color is attractive and we are happy with the purchase. This is our first KitchenAid appliance and if this oven keeps working well, we will purchase more KitchenAid products in the future.

Only had the oven a week and so far we are happy with it. Have not tried the convection part and that I'm sure will be a learning experience

Did the automatic cleaning and the oven completely locked. Had to order the part and will be fixed st no charge next week. Other than that, we are quite happy!
