So happy with the product! Disappointed that it took a month for it to be received then installed. Dusappointed to that we are not able to utilize the "smart feature" of operating it from our phone because a certain kind of router is required for that function to work.

At the price point this is an excellent wall oven option with many of the useful features found in higher end models. We replaced a 30 year old smaller unit and I had to modify the cabinet somewhat but installation was straight forward and very easy with just some basic tools. The WiFi feature lets my wife get the oven heating on the way home from work so it's ready to go when she is....nice additional feature.

It's relatively easy to use and works well. Having to wade through multiple menu levels on touch screens is frustrating. The previous oven had simple knobs and was much more intuitive to use. ALSO having to pay $300 for wi-fi that we will never use is a serious pissoff.
