We had this installed about 6 weeks ago, it' s really beautiful. Our only disappointment is there is not a good chart or shortcut card for helping you through the learning process. When I called they told me to just use the book, so I have to keep this manual handy, and it takes me longer to do everything, because first I have to research the 'how to'.

We bought this a few months ago and I have been nothing but happy with it. Pros microwave features are on point, oven heats well and evenly, the 3 racks in oven are great .. Convection crisps well and the accessories you get with the oven are solid. Cons.. timer isn't really loud, can't hear it upstairs..

My wall oven-microwave looks great, and works great . I love the way the electronics give a running tab on what's going on, such as" warming up" oven cooling down," and it gives the exact oven temperatures as it moves up to the preset temperature, and the time it reached the set figure. It cost quite a bit more than some cheaper models, but I guess you get what you pay for. I do love the USA label, meaning it is made in the USA I assume.

We have been using our oven about a month now and we couldn't be happier! It's beautiful inside and out, cooks evenly, and the microwave is fantastic. We don't experience long preheat times, less than 10 minutes. In love with this oven, highly recommend!
