I have had this combo for a few weeks now. The first one they brought made a strange noise when the oven got to a certain temperature. (Like a fan blade rubbing against metal). The following week I got a replacement. So far I have been satisfied except for the fact that sometimes the microwave door doesn't close right and the light stays on. I will be calling to have it checked out.

This was the replacement for the Whirlpool combo the after 4 service calls while under warranty it could NOT BE REPAIRED. We went through several holiday sense November of 2018 without a working oven/microwave. Customer service is not the best as is the service company's they use for repair. One Tech came in and said wow! Never seen one of these.This is going to de fun. After ordering all the power board in the unit he still couldn't fix it. I was able to listen the conversation between the Tech and the tech support. What a joke the was. Tech support Said. I don't know what the issue could be. Let's order a wire harness and go from there. That was the end of the line. Only to find out the harness was not available nation wide. Hopefully the Kitchen Aid will be better. Even if it's made by Whirlpool Co .I CAN ONLY HOPE SOMEONE READS THIS THAT CARES ABOUT COUSTOMER SERVICE.

We got ours a over a month ago and we love it. Arrived in perfect condition and fairly easy to install. Looks beautiful. Our daughter has had her similar Kitchen aid combo for about 5 years and has had great service and loves hers too. Great quality product !
