We have had our new Electrolux Dual-Fuel range since Dec 2021. We loved it for the simple design and easy of use. The gas burners are great and the addition of a electric oven is fantastic. What is not great is the appliance is now in need of repair. After running the oven for about 30min, the light and convection fan start to go in and out. Then we get Err8 displaying on the stove. We are hopeful to get this issue fixed. But it is disappointing that it happened so soon.

I would rate my Electrolux gas cooktop with electric oven higher but it is annoying to purchase a new appliance and have a basic feature not work. The clock has never worked correctly. It runs very fast, several hours ahead of the correct time. Worse is that it cannot be disabled. When buying a brand new appliance it is annoying to have to immediately have to fix something. I bought it new so I wouldnât have to do so and I do not have time to get something so minor fixed. I am very unhappy about this.

After extensive research, I decided on this dual-fuel range for my kitchen remodel. I also purchased the Electrolux French door refrigeration to go next to it. I was so excited for it to arrive so I could get cooking - this was a major upgrade from the electric cooktop and wall oven that came with my house. Unfortunately, after three service calls and a ton of frustration and disappointment, it still doesn't work correctly. When the decorative plastic bezels and springs are in place behind the burner knobs, the burners won't stay lit. The burners work without the bezels and springs in place - at least staying lit after holding the knobs at ignition for longer than seems necessary. Electrolux/Frigidaire has been less than helpful in resolving the issue. It now sounds like my fourth service call will involve tearing the range apart to see if the an adjustment can be made to the burner knob posts. Two months after receiving my brand new range, it still doesn't work right and now it's going to be torn apart. If you decide to purchase this range, make sure there is a local company that will service it - or maybe just choose a different range.

Get ready to have to completely learn the bit so intuitive controls. Setting the oven mode and timer definitely takes some getting used to so keep the cheat sheet close by. I wish the probe showed the current temp as well as the target temp. And, for over $3000 one would think that all the racks would be the easy slide type, not just one. A bit disappointed there for sure. Our clock runs fast & we had to have a service call to correct the problem.

This is a great stove. It is very handsome and functional as well! The cooktop fits a variety of pots and pans and has a nice variety of cooking temperatures. I can quickly boil water for pasta but also delicately cook scrambled eggs. The flame can take a bit to âcatchâ when first lighting, but smoothly transitions between temperatures after that.The oven heats quickly and the temperature ran true. It cooked both a moist pound cake and crisp biscotti to perfection. There are a number of features that would be of use to advanced cooks but the oven works really well for simple baking or roasting, too!The stovetop is easy to clean, which is always a bonus. The cooling fan takes a bit of getting used to, but is quiet and evens out after a few cooking sessions.Overall a great, very attractive stove!
