I loved everything about this stove except I am unable to connect it to my smart phone. Not sure why because I have gone thru the instructions and it just wont connect. I love all the other features. I wish it had come with an air fryer pan. I am still learning all the features but so far I like it.

We had to replace a very old stove. The LG is everything we wanted: easy to operate many useful functions self clean air fryer warmer plate and very responsive. When we bought the stove for some reason it was in Sabbath Mode which we never even knew existed. I had to call customer service which was excellent to try and figure out why the stove wouldnt respond. We cancelled the Sabbath Mode and it works beautifully.

I purchased the stove along with the whole line of appliances I fell in love with all of them. I had the stove for 1 week. ONE WEEK. The top was destroyed and looks absolute awful. I cleaned as the customer service agent advised me to.It did not help. I was contact by the warranty department who matter of fact told me whatever happened his assumption was using wrong cookware WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. And It was not covered under warranty. Why even offer a warranty? He later told me to use a razor blade.. A RAZOR BLADE to see if that would help. When he assumed it was cookware I was using. I cant get over that. Just imagine if I had took his advise and used a razor blade. I was encouraged at the time of purchase about how good the product was the warranty and the customer service was great. Sadly I learned otherwise. So disappointed in this product. I had it 2 days TWO days And this happened. It was purchased as Christmas gift.
