Purchased the Gallery model, was told by the salesman I could order this tray online. Lo And Behold I come on line and it is telling that is not available for the model that I purchased! Seriously, this is why I purchased this model! So super annoying! This was the main feature as to why I purchased this product, now I am stuck with it. Let get honest and real Frididaire, it even states in my manual that the tray can be ordered thru your website. So deceiving!

We spent thousands of dollars for a new oven featuring air frying but the tray doesnât come with it? Why not just include it and add the cost into the cost of the oven? Secondly, we did purchase the air fry tray because we happened to go on line to read the manual prior to delivery of our new oven. But, guess whatâ¦the tray does not fit our oven. The tray is too narrow and will not reach the sides of the oven. Now, we have to drive back to the appliance store to return it.

Absolutely ridiculous to charge this price! Donât put a big sticker on the front of the stove bragging about air fryer and then not include it! Total rip off!

This is a very good productâ¦.. I needed a stove ASAP was looking forward to getting this stove for the air- fryer capabilityâ¦â¦ I thought I would have gotten the tray included especially since paying close to 2k. Samsung air fryer range comes with the tray, if I was aware I would have definitely consider Sumsung over Frigidaireâ¦.. very disappointed!!!!!
