i've had this for less than 2 years and i already called in service 4-5 times. first, the soap container broke. they tried to fix it, but then the soap container didn't open. so i just threw in some pods inside for washing. then, the led broke. then it flooded my kitchen floor. thankfully my floor was stone vinyl, but it kind of destroyed the base of my cabinet. lastly, the technician came and said the flooding is due to the door is broken that's causing some wiring to get damaged and then there's another part broken. stupid dishwasher!

Bought this unit a couple months ago, I had service several times for water leaking in the floor for two different reasons. This unit is great probably for short rental properties, No for a family that need a reliable dishwasher every time you need it.

Due to configuration limitation, I could only get the 24 inch width model, which is the "loudest" model Samsung makes. Such a quiet machine! The top rack is a thoughtful design for cooking utensils. Very happy with my purchase
