similar to other reviews i received one of these units damaged. this appears to be a problem at samsung because there was absolutely no sign of outside damage to box. we bought a set of two, and they do actually look nice, and the drawer does fit our laundry supplies--contrary to other reviews that show things not fitting. maybe samsung redesigned the inside some time to fix that? nothing like waiting 3 months for something and then having to now wait again for a replacement unit. if there was any quality control, this would not be an issue.

after discussions with three persons at samsung i found no one knows the interior height dimension of the drawer? other reviewers have commented standard laundry product packages do not fit. before purchase i thought i'd first find out myself. for a set of $500 drawers i'd think that would be published information. apparently samsung doesn't feel that's important. the samsung salesperson suggested i just return the two pedestals if i'm not satisfied. :/ well they're now ordered and on the way. i'm hopeful this is not a waste of my time.
