The first time we went to use it the dryer needed repair. That was fixed, then we went to use the washer and it wouldn't fill with water. The maintenance technician came out again and now we're waiting on parts. Totally unimpressed!

I purchased this through my home warranty company, as the previous laundry center that came with the house we recently bought wasn't able to be fixed. I love the feature that automatically sets the necessary amount of water for each load. I also love that there are no buzzers when the dry cycle is complete. It works great and it's quiet. Just perfect!
