Love the machine but huge drawback - you can't bypass the Optimal Dose Dispenser or get a Single Dose Dispenser so you can change your detergents. I don't always use the same detergent (i.e. I use Woolite for my delicates) and there's no way to bypass - so I have this wonderful dispenser that holds enough for 8 loads of laundry that I can't ever use more than 1 dose of detergent in at a time in - I would have added a bypass.
