Bought this a few months ago. On our second because the first had a freezer damper that didnât work. Parts were going to take more than a month. Store was good enough to replace it rather than waiting for the warranty work. Freezer drawer on the 2nd never sealed. Techs came to try to fix but werenât able to now it it wonât hold temp and weâre stuck with an alarm Every 30 seconds for at least the next week for a warranty tech to come out again. Disappointed in quality of the product and the lack of urgency to fix it. Again, not one, but 2 $3k refrigerators have not worked.

Our new refrigerator is great. Nice looking, works well. Only complaint are some very weird little shelves at the bottom of the doors that too small for about anything I can imagine.

We purchased this Frigidaire Professional refrigerator to replace our old counter depth one and have not been disappointed. Itâs quiet and I love the way it has an extra ice compartment down in the freezer drawer for when you have additional needs for extra ice.
