I bought the Counter Depth French Door model and I was over sold on delivery. The incorrect item was delivered to my house after numerous calls of different delivery dates. The switch out for the correct item took months! again, with numerous calls to me on various delivery dates. The product is excellent. However! Lowe's operation needs work and "Can do" people. The final delivery was handled by professional men on the truck.

I love everything about this frig.. so easy to organize and see what you have and what you need to get... only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is because it runs slightly on the noisy side
