I bought this 2 months ago and already replaced my ice maker. It seems that when it was made at the factory stirofoam was in the ice maker and it plugged up the fill hole for the maker and froze up. I just hope it is fixed now. Other than that I like it.

The refrigerator is good and cold. However, It looks like it was used as target practice by a forklift when delivered. Still haven't heard anything from Maytag about a return authorization and replacement. Need a better shipping company to deliver products.

I bought this last year and don’t regret my purchase in any way. The water and ice feature are wonderful. The water/ice paddles do not get calcium buildup like my old fridge, water dispenser stops instantly when realeased (no drips) and the ice dispenser is fast. The water filtration system is great and comes with a bypass system in case you don’t want to use a filter. The fridge is easy to open and the doors are heavy enough they close themselves when my 4 year old doesn’t push the door shut. Love the crisper drawer and all the space and shelving options. I custom ordered mine in white and the front is magnetic, so I can still use magnets to show off the kids art work. Excellent addition to any kitchen.
