I bought this AC unit and used it for 3 months. I stored it and went to use it again the next summer (the unit is a year old) and it doesn't work. No cold air. Worse yet, the company doesn't care and said because the unit is one week outside of the warranty there's nothing they can do. Terrible product and even worse customer service.
