Ordered washer/dryer pair and stacking bracket direct from LG. Price was same as big box stores plus no additional charge for delivery setup and haul away which was great. However stacking bracket delivered separately and delivery/setup contractor would not install due to bracket not being included on their truck company policy. Delivery contractors were quite friendly and did leave the necessary hose connections but it would have been ideal if I did not have to install everything myself. Overall the bracket installation was relatively painless. Solid steel versus plastic offerings from other mfgs. The stacked dryer unit sits tight on top of the washer with no alarming amount of vibration occurring during the washers final spin. Id definitely recommend this item if planning for a stacked W/D setup.

I love having my washer and dryer stacked. The part was delivered quickly and was very easy to install. It did require two people to lift the dryer into position as the instructions stated.
