Love the look and features of my LG counter depth fridge - the Craft ice is fun and novel the convertible drawer is perfect for cans and can hold a case easily the water dispenser has volume presets and the door in door allows for even quicker access. Love the LED lights and Im looking forward to enjoying this refrigerator for years to come.

So far I love everything about this refrigerator. The quick reach in door is really handy once you get used to it. We got the counter depth so lost some cubic feet overall but with the drawer we have more than enough space. The craft ice balls are great. It wasnt a must have feature but we really like it. Also downloaded the app and its very easy to use.

Bought in November and has had issues since. LG said they are going to replace it but may take 3 weeks. Meanwhile we dont have a fully functioning refrigerator.

I bought this for a new house 18 months ago. The in door Ive maker stopped working and I have had three different appliance cos try to repair it and no one has been able to fix it

It took 4 days to produce first ice cubes 6 for craft ice. Everything working fine now. Love the middle drawer. Lots of room. We use it for deli items.
