My LG refrig. stopped working. I tried to work with the chat on line to fix the issues or at least get a repair man set up. A ridiculous response that cost me over 4 hours to no avail. It took another 45 minutes just to set up an appointment for a repair man. Unacceptable

4.5 year old LG fridge compressor went out. After a local guy checked it out he said to contact LG. We did anda gut came out the next day and replaced it.

Weve had this refrigerator for about a month and we absolutely love it The first french door refrigerator Ive ever had and its amazing. Plenty of space crystal clear water that tastes amazing and cubed/crushed ice at is the perfect size. Having the freezer at the bottom really makes a difference...allowing us to see everything in the fridge. This is our first LG product and Id definitely buy again.
