received tv on 7/23. the i/r sensor went the first time on 8/11. they repaired that which took 2 weeks then after rhat repair, the screen was full of condensation. i havent been able to use my tv at all and it was fully covered. samsung coverage is a joke. repairs are conducted by a third party and only out in the area on one day a week. so one day to order the part then wait howevee long for part... 2 weeks or longer. absolutely horrible. of course they want to repair again. they wont offer a replacement even though its a brand new tv with all of these issues.
