luv!! however cast iron grate have plastic padding under them to cushion against the screws they sit on. these have started to fall off can these be replaced?

I have had this cooktop for nearly a year. The design is solid with the exception of the WiFi component, IF you have a down-draft vent hood behind your cooktop you will need to ensure there is enough room to install both due to spacing. The center burner with the wok grill is an excellent touch and works really well. The burner temperature settings take a bit to adjust to, but the fact that the dials illuminate is a great safety feature.

I had this cooktop for almost 1 year. Design is beautiful (I also got the vent hood w/ same color from Samsung) and since gas power is strong, food cooks beautifully. Highly recommend.
