It looks great and it is easy to install however mine was delivered with only 2 filters. I wrote to customer service and unfortunately no one has reached out to me so I guess after spending $700+ on this hood I'll spend another $40 on a filter.FYI - it is noisy but i doesn't bother me.

The motor died in a week of using it. The technician who came did not even check it and claimed it was the motor. ( so itâs a common occurrence ) and he coughed all over my kitchen ( active Covid time ) and was NOT wearing a mask. Needless to say this made me very unhappy. I had to clean and sterilize my entire kitchen afterwards ! Please tell your techs to be more mindful. Even the one that came to fix the motor a week later did not wear a mask. But the work was done efficiently. So thank you.

Our new house came with Frigidaire appliances. We are really disappointed of their quality. Specially this vent hood. Six month after we moved the vent hood just stopped. The technician said the motor was damaged permanently. They changed it. Now a year after that the vent hood is not working again and looks like the same issue. The worst part is the warranty just cover one time motor replacement.
