I bought this microwave when the one I had for 15 years finally died. I was skeptical of buying a microwave that doesnt have a number pad but this one honestly doesnt need one. The true test of a microwave is how it cooks popcorn. The automatic popcorn setting on this one produces perfect popcorn. Nearly all kernels popped and none burnt or even mildly browned. The sensor worked exactly as it should. It is compact yet powerful. The musical chime is not loud or obnoxious. All in all I am quite satisfied with it. I know there were reviews that said it wont last and that it would break down about the time the warranty expires so I bought an extended warranty. I will update this review if a problem arises with this unit that would make me change my rating.

I purchased this microwave 12-24-2022 it stopped working yesterday. First we received an error door and the light did not come on. We unplugged the unit as instructed and now its no longer heating. I wanted to love this unit but Im not impressed dont waste your money.
