I have to say that while I do very much enjoy the functionality of our new air fry range, I was very disappointed that it didn't come with the air fry tray. I understand that it's being positioned as an accessory, but as the air fry function is the main selling point for the range I feel as though this accessory should be included in the purchase price - this is an expensive range and the lack of the air fry tray feels disrespectful to me as a customer.

Bought a $1000 oven for it not to have an airfry tray included. Its pretty cheap to charge that much to not have the tray included, when airfry is the main selling point.

Ok I get the air fryer tray is an accessory not needed to use the stove. But why should I have to pay separate for the electoral cord which is a necessary to use the stove??

I have owned many Frigedaire appliances over the years. I bought this new stove mainly because of the air fry feature. Only to find out that the tray and rack are not included. Also no broiler pan. I’ve never bought a stove that didn’t include a broiler pan! I think you guys should look at your reviews. Almost 20 percent are one star because the air fryer tray is not included. This tells me that you really do not care about your customer’s opinion.

For over a thousand dollars the air fry tray should be standard not a 54 $ option
