We had a problem at first with the food staying frozen no matter how low i set the temperature. We couldn't get hold of anyone who could come look at it. The soonest would have been 5 weeks and since we put some already frozen turkeys and chickens in it as well as pork, we could not wait . We were in a panic but then we found that the seal on the lid wasn't tight in one place which was several cm long, so we place a water jug on the top and it stays sealed now. I love that there is a bright light inside the freezer. The freezer runs so quietly that you have to place your ear right on the freezer to hear the hum. We have no complaints at this time.

We needed a freezer that would hold everything for a catering job for 800 people hamburgers and chicken wings. This was the only choice and it was the right one we Cater large corporate events and this itâs just a great freezer!
