3 months and it no longer dries clothes

We purchased the washer/ventless dryer combo. At first we liked it, yes it takes longer to dry but since it’s “efficient” we dealt with that. 3 months in and the dryer is no longer drying at all. Yes I clean all the vent screens whirlpool. No it is not too large of a load. I just let some clothes try to dry for 4 hours and I got a load of hot wet clothes. Given the price of this unit you would think it would work. Terribly dissatisfied and frustrated. Would not recommend to anyone. Anyone who purchased this should be refunded. I can’t politely express my frustration.

Update: In addition to taking forever to dry and not drying clothes, the dryer displayed an F01 error code (main electronic control board failure) at 1.5 months (with 2.5 weeks vacation included in the 1.5 months) into having the dryer. Out of every apartment complex I've been in and washer/dryer combos I've used, these are by far the worst.
Awful Dryer

My apartment complex bought this dryer and it has been nothing but a headache for the maintenance team. Takes between 2 and 4 hours to dry one load of laundry (3.5 hours for three bath towels). Calling this a dryer may be an overstatement as probably takes about as much time to hang dry the clothes on a warm day

To Whom it May Concern, We purchased Whirlpool Dryer Model #W108587188 in late September 2018. We noticed immediately that the dryer was not drying clothes effectively. We did some troubleshooting and then arranged for a service call. The technician told us we had a compact “energy saving” unit and advised that we should cut our load size in half and extend drying time to 2 hours. Drying time for a typical load (3/4 full tub) takes 2-3 hours, this is unacceptable and does not work for our family. . I feel like we bought a car and were informed that it works properly as long as we don’t exceed 30mph or maximum 2 passengers at any given time. The OEM or retailer (P.C. Richard) should have warned us, the consumer, that this unit is vastly slower at drying clothes than a typical/average dryer. Would appreciate someone from Whirlpool rescuing out since P.C. Richard is not taking any responsibility. Thanks
Does not dry clothes. Can’t use x dry feature

Takes 2 to 3 full dry cycles to almost dry items. Even then, items are still somewhat damp and need to be hung dried before folding. There is always a dampness to the clothes when take out of dryer. The x dry feature - none of the settings allow you to use this feature Also this dryer is not user friendly. Have to keep referring to manual My contractor recommend this item. Why don’t know. This is suppose to be an energy efficient "green" machine. How does requiring multiple cycles per load equal efficiency???
