I bought this filter and now I have a fridge that leaks, doesnât produce ice, and on my water meter there is still no difference in filtering out ppms. I am so disgusted.

I placed the water filter online with a promo code. order# 55248844. Company accepted the code and i placed the order. Later they removed the code and charged full price. I called customer care several times but they didn't help. I will return the filter.

Mysterious residue

Iâm posting this review only to get answers that couldnât be provided through the chat with us link. Iâm due to order my third water filter but am hesitant to do so until someone can identify the mysterious non-dissolving, white, salt-like residue that appears at the bottom of cups filled with with refrigerator-filtered water. We do not have âhardâ water or a water softener and the residue does not appear in cups filled directly from the faucet. This residue has been evident in both previous PureSource Ultra® II filters, thus my hesitancy to order a third filter.

Do not use the subscribe function. Extremely difficult to cancel subscription. No easy option to do it online. Despite using the chat function 6 months ago to request cancellation I was charged again. It should not be this difficult to cancel a subscription for a water filter. If you can subscribe online you should be able to cancel easily on line. Terrible.

I have purchased these filters for 3 yrs now. My drinking water tastes ok. I have to change my filter every 2-3 months. I wish the water tasted better after paying almost $50 for a water filter.
