i definitely love the steam cook function. i roasted the lamb rack, and the rack was very juicy and tender. no dryness at all, it's beyond my expectation. an amazing function for cooking meat.

1st unit arrived DOA; took 3 months to replace; design flaw has electronic control boards placed at rear of oven making repairs difficult; 2nd unit has worked with no issues; love its features including heavy gauge racks particularly the pull-out gliding rack with handle; choice of hi/lo broil temperatures; heats quickly and retains heat efficiently; touch screen controls are easy to operate
