I love the cooking speed of the oven, however the way the interior lights are located, rear facing the front of the over, it is had to see inside the oven to check my food. They would have been better if located to the both sides of the oven
Really Disapointed

This oven came with my new home. I’ve had a lot of trouble setting it. The touch screen is unresponsive and really pretty useless. What happened to easy to use dials and buttons? I’ve had a lot of trouble keeping the temperature correct. Fist set of cookies came out fine, second and third went in the trash. The app is okay but I’d rather have a model with a dial that actually kept temperature any day!

The oven set temperature is too small characters. Some controls are hard to understand and your manual leaves Out Very Much Information
Easy Install

The install went smoothly and the oven works great. I really like the rapid heat feature. But I still can’t get the WiFi to work.
Control Panel Not the Best

This oven purchase replaced an older Whirlpool model because they no longer made the control panel that had gone out. I do not care for the touch screen controls. Sometimes I need to push the screen several times to get a response. A button would be easier with dirty kitchen hands. Also, I don't really like scroling through all the options, the older version was much eaier and quicker to use. I'd rather have a specific button for "off" and the kitchen timer. I've never used the smart feature and have no idea why I'd want to. I don't think it is safe to have the oven on when I'm not home. The thing I'm excited to try is the steam clean. I also do not prefer the new chimes, it is difficult to hear the timer alert and often I'm not sure if it is the oven or my kids' video games. Overall the oven cooks well and looks nice, but I think they tried to make it too high tech.
