We received 4 different delivery dates (Oct 5, 14, 25, 20) from Lowe’s who blamed Whirlpool for the confusion. The freezer section had just one shelf where 3 are desirable. Price online per shelf is $95.

So far so good. The freezer freezes. The refrigerator keeps food cold and fresh. It’s a little bit noisy, but I don’t mind it.

This side-by-side model has limited capacity on both sides. However, it’s suitable for us because we don’t do much cooking and eating at home. We particularly like the water and ice door dispenser feature.

The shelves are very narrow. Didn't realize how small 2 cu ft really is. Good thing I have a small family. I have already had to have one repair on this refrigerator.
