The feel of the whole refrigerator feels flimsy. Does not feel sturdy. Not enough shelving. We were missing 3 shelves in the freezer and one of the shelves would not stay in place. Usage is more difficult except for the ice maker. It is easier to get ice cubes out. It will take time to get used to this refrigerator. ,

Limited number of choices for white shallow depth 36"....Tech who worked on on my previous 23 year old refrigerator said that they have few problems with Whirlpool, which influenced my decision.....just wish that it wasn't so noisy.
