Iâve had this microwave for 2.5 years and have already replaced the magnetron twice! Itâs not safe for older children to use! The wall cutout only fits 30â microwaves which are hard to come by. Iâm surprised thereâs no recalls on these over priced appliances!

I bought this less than 1 year ago and in caught fire 10 months if. Has to be replaced but that will take over 2 months based on back order status. Overall quality is very poor.

Moved into new home in March 2021. On 11/4/21 the microwave quit working. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to repair the microwave, Electrolux has refused to replace my microwave. The one year warranty is to repair or replace.

I've had this mcirowave for less than two years. I've already had to have a repairman out once because the turntable quit spinning and food quit heating. Now I am right back to turntable won't spin and food isn't heating. Frigidaire is sending me to a repair person who is charging $100 just to show up at my door. Plus the clock never worked properly. No wonder this nasty microwave has been discontinued.

We built a new home and chose this Frigidaire Built In Microwave oven with the drop down door and we are so happy we did. We love it because it is very easy to use and I love the sensor cooking feature because I don't have to stand by the micro and keep testing the food to see if it's done or warm enough. The convenience of the drop down is perfect for short more mature individuals because it is at eye level and not above the stove where you can't read the panel. It's just perfect and well worth it I highly recommend it.
