I used the dryer less than 10 times and the motor broke. I woke up to my laundry room filled with smoke and the smell of plastic because the motor was burning away at the rest of the unit. Lg only offered to have a repairman come out to replace the motor AFTER I paid for a part. This unit could have burned down my house if it werent for my being at home while it was happening. Please avoid this product for you and your familys safety

Dryer after a yr overheats and shuts off. You have to turn off the dryer and let it cool for about 30 minutes and then restart. That usually works. Fibally able to get a repair appt. He thinks replacing the motor should fix. Well see

I bought a month ago and its crap. Worst customer service ever. It wont dry we redid my entire exhaust per their recommendations. It still doesnt work. I do not recommend it.
