We purchased it over a year ago and have not had any issues. Had to adjust from gas to this type of cooktop, but did not take long. Heats very fast and is easy to maintain. and clean
Extremely tempermental

pictures say most of the issue, but aside from inconsistent burners, the controls are hypersensitive to any moisture. you cannot wipe this with a damp cloth or splash any sauce. you will hear the beeping in your nightmares. the stove will also randomly adust temperature or turn completely off if any moisture hits any controls. check my video and pictures to see the awesome flex zone for yourself. i want to return this thing sooo bad...but it functions as samsung designed it...so i will just be selling it to someone on the cheap.
Sleek design

I just started using my cooktop for about a week but have noticed that the cooktop itself actually gets hot after cooking. The mobile knob also seems to have a bit of a delay when turning the temperature up or down. Otherwise still a good buy and glad I got on sale!
The most luxurious cooking surface Ik've ever seen

I bought this cooktop to replace a similar sized downdraft that did not maximize the cooking surface. I am overfall impressed with this beautiful, quick heating, multiple cooking surface appliance; however, the biggest issue is the heat control. Whether using the magnetic knob or your finger, it is difficult to increase or decrease the cooking surface temperature.
