Love my double oven. Cooks evenly and is easy to clean. Haven't tried the proofing option, but will do so for the holidays.

It’s lovely. The blue lining is aesthetically pleasing. The lights are bright when the oven is open and soft looking through the glass. The oven can easily go from conventional to convection. The proofing setting works great. We live in a cool mountain climate and raising bread can be a challenge. The big test will be the self cleaning feature. My last ovens were worthless after the self clean ran. I’m a little apprehensive to hit that button! I’ve been burned before.
