Not happy. If you open the door, takes 12 minutes to regain temperature. Not practical for roasting or baking. Uneven heat.

I bought this a month ago, and I'm so happy I did. I love the way the bottom drawer rolls out. I love how evenly everything is cooked and the style is gorgeous and current. The only flaw with this oven is that the trays are made of a cheap metal that peels/flakes off. It's brand new and my trays are already flaking off metal pieces.
